Our DeepMatch™ algorithm evaluates candidates across hard skills, soft skills, personality traits, cultural fit, and job preferences. This allows us to generate CV-less candidate profiles that are more accurate, bias-reducing, and aligned with your hiring needs
Who is the platform for - employers, talent, or both?
Both. Employers and recruiters use our tools to source, assess, and hire talent efficiently. Candidates benefit from being matched based on their real skills and personality, not just keywords in a resume.
Is the platform suitable for all types of job positions?
Our focus is on tech roles, including developers, engineers, and related positions. With over 400 skill assessments and a multi-dimensional matching engine, we can support both common and niche technical specializations.

Can I purchase a monthly plan and discontinue at any point?
Yes, you can purchase a monthly plan for any of our SaaS Tiers and discontinue at any point before renewing for another month. Note that annual plans are also available at significantly discounted rates. This can also be discontinued before renewing for another year.
For the Standard Support Service offering, we do not provide a refund policy on the fixed cost elements. However, we do offer a significantly discounted rate to support you in replacing a hired candidate who has resigned or is terminated within 60 days of hiring.
For our All-inclusive Support Service offering, we do not provide a refund on the fixed or variable (Success Fee) cost elements, if a hired candidate is terminated or resigns more than 60 days from the date of hire. If this occurs within the first 59 days, we offer a free one-month All-inclusive Service to run the process again.
How do I post a new job opening?
In our platform vacancies section, choose “create position”, select the relevant job title and area of expertise, then define the required hard and soft skills. Next, fill in some key details such as job title, location, work condition, and a brief job description is optional. Should you desire, you can upload resumes you have received directly, for parsing and matching. Once all information is complete, finalize the process and publish the vacancy.
Can I manage candidates directly through the platform?
Yes. You can filter, message and run skill assessments, all within the platform.
Does the platform have automated candidate-job matching?
Yes. Our DeepMatch™ technology automatically aligns candidates to your job postings based on multiple dimensions, helping you focus on the best-fit talent.
How does the platform help speed up the recruitment process?
We accelerate hiring by:

How do I sign up as a talent?
Launch the app, sign up with a username and password or through Google/LinkedIn, then select the “Talent” option and provide initial personal details. Next, fill in hard and soft skills, as well additional details such as experience and expectations. Finally, validate your skills to improve matching accuracy.
Is there any cost for job seekers?
No. Our platform is free for candidates.
How can I apply for a job?
Once your profile is created, we’ll reach out to you with relevant job matches. You can apply directly through the platform, and we’ll notify the hiring company of your interest.
How do I know if my application was submitted successfully?
You’ll receive confirmation on the platform and via email whenever your application is successfully submitted for a position.
